hold them to your side and as you lower into a squat, raise your arms out in front of you to eye level. keep your form as best as you can.

Last time I ate almond butter i threw up. Don’t beat yourself up over not fitting the stereotype of the fitblr community. We’re not all about almond butter, oatmeal, avocados, and green smoothies. If you don’t like almond butter, then go to the store and buy a shit ton of peanut butter. I don’t care if it’s organic, buy JIF if that’s what you want. Here’s the shocking news of the night: Health doesn’t have a stereotype. There are no rules that you need to follow. Our bodies, our tastebuds, our EVERYTHING is different and unique from each other. Tumblr is here for inspiration as a guideline, but it is not a rulebook.
